This building was formerly known as the Centre Monnaie. The structure and iconic shape of the building are being preserved, but it is receiving a completely new look. With a total area of 62,000 square meters, it is now being entirely reimagined. The renovation is being carried out by Binst Architects and Snøhetta, with a strong focus on sustainability, ecology, and recyclability. What remains the same is the recognizable shape of the building. What is changing is what happens inside. Where it used to be purely an office building, it will now include commercial and recreational spaces, as well as residential units.

We collaborate with architects and contractors to craft a clear narrative on how to design city buildings with public purpose and mixed-use functionality.
